Exercise(Keep Your Waist)

Do you want to shake away tyres around your waist??

(Front view)

(Side view)
Try to carry same weight of dumbbell.
and choose the weight that you affort to hold it.
not too heavy,not too light.

close your feet and stand in straight line position.
bend to side.
make sure you stand straight.
legs not parted.stick both legs together.
slowly bent to side until you feel your fats(waist)compressed.
(Caution:dont force yourself to go too low.or else will hurt you backbone)
then.do this for another side of your waist.
if you think your backbone if not pressured.
go lower down somemore.
stay for 5second for every bending down.

If you have any backbone problem.
dont ever try this!!
dumbbell can be replaced with bottle filled with sand/stone.
